Please take a look at our terms and conditions 

  • Please do not ship fuel or Lipo batteries back to us without prior authorization
  • Please pack your return items safely, if they are damaged during shipping you will have to make a claim to the shipping company for reimbursement
  • Warranty will be covered as described by the manufacture; you must have the original proof of purchase.
  • Warranty service, replacement or repairs are at the sole discretion of Vendetta Hobbies.
  • Service will not be performed without your signature agreeing to the terms and conditions found on the customer service request form.
  • Vendetta Hobbies is not responsible for normal wear and tear, damage from improper operation, lack of maintenance, or collateral damage.

**Be aware that do to the nature of this hobby these models will break, even under normal operational conditions there is still a high chance that you will break a part. Vendetta Hobbies will not be responsible for this normal wear and tear type of breakage** 

Damaged Package Claims

If you received a package damaged during shipping you must contact Vendetta Hobbies within 48 hours. We ship our products insured and need file a claim with the shipper. Please keep all packaging the product came in so we can verify the damage.

Lost Packages

If you have not received your item within a reasonable amount of time (depending upon shipping method) please contact us.

USPS Express Mail – 10 business days from the day the order was shipped

USPS Priority Mail – 14 business days from the day the order was shipped

USPS First Class Mail – 21 business days from the day the order was shipped.  

We ask that you allow 2-8 business days to hear back from the shipper on the status of your package. .

** Vendetta Hobbies is not responsible for the cost of return shipping, please contact Vendetta Hobbies prior to shipping any returns for shipping instructions**

Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact Vendetta Hobbies immediately. Manufactures have different policies regarding defective products. Some manufactures will handle the issue directly. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products according to their warranty policies. Vendetta Hobbies will work with you until a resolution is found regardless of the manufactures policy for warranty.

Please note:

Vendetta Hobbies reserves the right to refuse returns on any merchandise that is found to be free of defects. We will contact you and let you know the outcome of our testing. If the item is found to be in full working order we will return the item to you with an explanation of what was found.
